Shulock
Nancy B. Shulock, Ph.D., received her Ph.D. in political science at the University of California, Davis and her Masters in public policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Her specialties are public policy, higher education policy, public budgeting, and public management. She served for 17 years as an academic administrator at CSUS responsible for planning and budgeting.
