Kevin Kecskes, Academic Excellence faculty, and Barry Messer, Urban Studies and Planning faculty, represented the University as the Western Regional winner of the C. Peter Magrath/W.K. Kellogg Foundation Engagement Award at a presentation at University of Wisconsin-Extension, Madison, Wis., Oct. 8. They discussed the winning Community Watershed Stewardship program, a partnership with the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services.
