Graduate Certificate Admissions

To apply for admission to the Nohad A. Toulan School of Urban Studies & Planning in pursuit of a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Food Systems, Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy and ManagementGraduate Certificate in Real Estate Development, Graduate Certificate in Transportation, Graduate Certificate in Urban Design, or Graduate Certificate in Applied Social Demography follow the steps listed below:

Applying to a USP Graduate Certificate Program

Applicants intending to start a graduate certificate program in the Winter 2016 term or later can apply using PSU's new online application. Please note that there are no application deadlines—applicants can apply at any time.


 

Prerequisites for Graduate Certificate Admission

Candidates for our post-baccalaureate certificate programs must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.75 GPA. Backgrounds may include planning, civil & environmental engineering, business administration, geography, mathematics, statistics, economics, political science, computer science, and other liberal arts and sciences majors.
