About You: I have been in Oregon for 3 years, and I love it here! I snowboard in the winter, compete in sprint triathlons in the spring and summer, and practice yoga year round. I have an obsession with pop culture, news and politics, and anything else media related. I received my Associates of Arts degree in June 2011 from Umpqua Community College; I was the managing editor of the student newspaper, The Mainstream. I don't really have free time, but if we are pretending I do, I like to get out of town and explore; being a Florida girl, if the sun is shining you can count I will be doing something outside. In the winter I like to curl up and read a book and stay inside, where it is warm. But, in reality, I am usually doing homework or studying until 1:30 in the morning. Fortunately, I love it.
