Dan Jones has been a Graduate Assistant in the Career Center for the past year. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from UCLA and is currently working on his Master's in Counselor Education with a focus on Clinical Mental Health. During his undergraduate years, Dan studied abroad in Shanghai, China and Glasgow, Scotland, experiences which have shaped and molded his worldview.

With his passion for counseling, Dan brings empathy and understanding to his work with fellow students and greatly enjoys helping them take their application materials to the next level during his one-on-one appointments and drop-in hours. Dan can also be found facilitating several of the Career Center's monthly workshops, including Intro to Interviewing, Effective Interviewing, and Resume and Cover Letter Writing.

When he has a free moment, Dan likes gardening, cooking, cycling and rock climbing. He also has two cats that he won't shut up about.
