Join us for the second annual interactive workshop series led by experts in the field of aging. Participants will engage in lively conversation geared to guide personal/professional growth and exploration.
Healthy, vibrant living is on the minds of many, especially as longevity is not a dream but a reality. But it’s not just wading through health and wellness issues that people 50+ are concerned with—navigating transitions in a healthy, connected way is critical for overall well-being. Many of us find ourselves without the support systems we relied upon in the first part of our careers and family lives, and how we navigate community and make connections to ensure well-being is vital to the healthy aging process.
