Caseyis a general academic adviser in the Undergraduate Advising & Support Center (UASC) and brings with him overthree years of academic advising experience at the University or Oregon and Oregon State University.. He especially loves working with struggling students and undergraduates seeking admission to graduate programs. Casey also spearheads several projects focused on using technology to connect with andhelp students. He created and currently managesthe UASC Facebook page, works with Orientation and Admissions conductingonline chat rooms, and helps manage the UASC webpage content. UASC Facebook PageIn his spare time Casey engages in a wide variety of activities including playing frisbee (golf, ultimate and freestyle), shooting pool, running, skiing, hiking, and creating ceramic art. Ceramics is one of his favorite activities outside of work. Casey handbuilds and wheelthrows, but his favorite part of working in ceramics is working with a team on wood and salt firings that take several days to complete and always produce unique and interesting results.
