Please do not submit your only original transcript or degree certificate to Portland State. Instead, send a photocopy of the original document to the issuing institution and request that it be attested. They will validate the transcript or degree certificate and seal it in an institutional envelope, then give it to you or send it directly to Portland State as an official document.
All official documents submitted to Portland State become the property of the University and cannot be returned. If you do submit your only original transcript or degree certificate to Portland State, please contact the Office of Admissions to discuss your options.
