Scholarships
Annie Spencer Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
Any Portland State University student, including incoming freshmen, with a documented disability may apply for the Annie Spencer Scholarship of Achievement. Recipients of this scholarship will receive up to $1,000 per term for educational related expenses. Up to 10 scholarships will be awarded annually. Recipients may re-apply for future awards.
Incoming freshmen must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.75 or have earned a G.E.D., with a minimum total score of 55. College students with 0-29 credits must have a 2.75 high school GPA and a 2.50 college level GPA. College students with 30+ credit hours must have a 2.50 college level GPA. All applicants must meet regular P.S.U. admission requirements.
