Student Employment Application. Complete this form if you would like to apply to work in the DRC office or Alternative Formats office.

Notetaker Invoice, must be completed and signed by the notetaker and student by Friday of the last week of the term if you wish to be paid for taking notes for an eligible student. NOTE: you must fill out a contract at the beginning of the term.
