Public Transit
More PSU students and employees use public transit to reach campus than any other mode of transportation. And for good reason -- PSU is located at the heart of the TriMet transit system with stops for the Portland Streetcar, two MAX light rail lines, and 15 bus routes.

Shuttle Buses

Portland Streetcar is FREE for PSU Students & Employees
New for 2012, all PSU students and employees can now use the entire Portland Streetcar System for FREE! Just show your valid PSU ID card to the fare inspector. Click here for a map of Streetcar system.
Transit Trip Planning and Other TriMet Fares at our office
Transportation & Parking Services offers personalized trip planning for those new to transit. We also sell standard rate TriMet fares (see chart below). Our lobby is stocked with transit schedules and maps, as well as helpful information for those new to the area. Please stop by and see us! Or visit TriMet's helpful site at www.trimet.org.
