Suzanne Savaria is an adjunct teacher in the piano department. She has been teaching piano lessons and classes at PSU in 2008. She is very involved in the arts advocacy world and teaches a Capstone course focusing on performing arts advocacy. She attended Washington State University and University of Seville, receiving her undergraduate degree in Foreign Language and Literature: Spanish. Later she completed her MAT in Piano at PSU. An active member of the Oregon Music Teachers Association, she has been teaching private piano lessons since 1980. When not teaching, listening or supporting music and performance, she plays soccer, runs in the woods, skis , travels and spend as much time as possible with two daughters, husband and two dogs.
