Testing Services is responsible for coordinating, administering, and scoring a wide range of psychological and academic tests for the PSU community and the general public.

PSU Proctoring Form: (REQUIRED Instructor protocol)

2. Attach form to exam

3. Return via email, fax, or hand carry to Testing Office
