The winter term of the systems science seminar will continue on the general themes of intelligence, learning systems, neuroscience and mind. This years seminar will feature the following speakers James McNames, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Portland State University Melanie Mitchell, Computer Science, Portland State University Patrick Roberts, Neurological Sciences Institute, Oregon Health and Science University Tom Seppalainen, Philosophy Department, Portland State University Bryant York, Computer Science, Portland State University. The seminar will also feature talks from Systems Science faculty and graduate students.
