WomenStrength Self-Defense Classes

Register now for the upcoming FREE self-defense class! WomenStrength self-defense classes are designed to introduce self-identified women to a variety of safety techniques. Class activities focus on practicing verbal and physical strategies. Register now - classes fill up fast! This class is made of up three different training sessions.
