Dan Rogers, Business faculty, presented "Repurchases, Employee Stock Option Grants, and Hedging" at the Eastern Finance Association Annual Meeting in New Orleans in April. Rogers also served as track chair for the corporate finance sessions and was a panelist on a special session titled "Enterprise Risk Management."

H. Thomas Johnson, Business faculty, authored "Lean Dilemma: Choose System Principles or Management Accounting ControlsNot Both" published in Accounting: Best Practices for Sustainable Integration, John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2007. This chapter, as an unpublished paper, was previously awarded the 2007 Shingo Award for Excellence in Manufacturing Research.
