Scott Lewis, CEO of Brightworks, joins Business Advisory Council

The School of Business Administration welcomes Scott Lewis, CEO of Brightworks, to its Business Advisory Council (BAC). Scott established Brightworks, a sustainability advisory and education firm, in 2001, and has built it into one of the leading organizations of its kind in the United States. He has gained recognition for his thoughts on our economy and culture's inevitable transition to sustainability and social equity. The SBA community is excited to welcome Scott as an addition to the BAC.

Portland State University on Wednesday announced that beginning this fall it will offer the state's first entirely online bachelor's degree in business.

Come fall, students will be able to earn a bachelor's degree in business administration from Portland State University online.

The program is part of a larger effort to expand online offerings at PSU, the school said in a news release Wednesday.

Portland State University School of Business undergraduate students participated in a Strategy Capstone consulting course last fall. Their client, DonorResource.org, is a Portland based website that matches donors with nonprofit organizations.
