Mel Gurtov, Political Science emeritus faculty, authored "Dealing with North Korea: A Time for Diplomacy" in the online IFES Forum, April 2013. He also organized and contributed a paper to the conference "Engaging Enemies," at Indiana University, April 18-20. And he has given talks on his newest book, Will This Be China's Century?
