Answer: Old people, but not even very many of those.
Voters ages 65 and older are 10-20 times more likely to cast ballots in mayoral elections than 18-to-34-year-olds, according to a new Portland State University (PSU) study of four U.S. cities.
Mel Gurtov, Political Science emeritus faculty, authored "The Trans-Pacific Partnership: A Deeply Flawed Partnership" published in the Asia-Pacific Journal. A shorter version appears in the May 18 issue of China-US Focus.
