Iris has over 20 years experience in HR ranging from a generalist to an executive role. She launched her HR Consulting business in 2001.  Her clients are typically high tech small to medium size companies.

Lisa Umscheid practices employment law at Ball Janik LLP. She has considerable legal expertise in employment law counseling, employment litigation, labor law, and general government law.
