Dilafruz Williams, Education faculty, co-presented a paper entitled "Universities Meeting the Challenges of Climate Change: Building Capacity for Collaboration Across Nations" at the International Conference on Climate Change and Developing Countries held in Kerala, India, in February.

01 Mar 2010 Steve Johnson receives Fulbright to teach and collaborate in Thailand
Steve Johnson, Urban Studies and Planning adjunct faculty, received a Fulbright Scholars Award for fall 2010. He will be a distinguished visiting professor at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. He will be teaching the courses Public Participation in a Democratic State: Theory and Techniques for Constructive Collaboration and Public Participation and Sustainable Community Development. He will also be working with NGO partners, including the Thailand Environmental Institute and the National Municipal League of Thailand, on sustainable community development projects around the country.
