Green Campus Tour: Food for Thought Café and Student Green Space
Tucked in the basement of Smith is Food for Thought Café, one of the only student-run, sustainability-focused campus cafés in the nation. The café offers local, organic, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine, and locally-roasted, direct-trade, organic coffee. They also serve food on reusable dishware and compost. In the Greenspace next door, student groups like the Environmental Club and Take Back the Tap gather to share ideas.
