Deutsche Sommerschule am Pazifik
The nation's premier German immersion program and offers offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, a German MA program, and a one-week German teacher training seminar. Study Abroad - The World is Your Oyster
Go to Ghana to experience African culture, Rome to learn about art or Nicaragua to study sustainable community development. This summer, Portland State professors are leading 28 trips abroad for students who want short and intense international education experiences. The one-to-six-week trips are gaining in popularity for students who can't make the financial or time commitment to stay longer. Last year, 335 PSU students participated!

Kiwanis Camp Capstone
The Kiwanis Camp Capstone is a two week summer experience that serves summer campers with a variety of abilities/disabilitites. You will provide a tremendous service to un underserved population while learning incredibly practical communication, teamwork, and critical reflection skills applicable to ANY major. There are no special pre-requisites, we pay for your food, and you get to spend 2 weeks on beautiful Mt. Hood!
