Description: Every person who is a crime victim in Oregon automatically receives certain rights under the Oregon Constitution and statutes. This training will provide information about crime victims’ rights generally in Oregon. It includes what these rights are, to whom they apply, how they can be enforced and obstacles to enforcement. Information will also be provided about the Oregon Crime Victims Law Center and how crime victims can seek and obtain free legal advice about their rights.
