ASPSU Children’s Center- Suite 126 Smith Memorial Student Union, telephone 503-725-2273. PSU’s short and long hourly childcare for students, staff and faculty.
Helen Gordon Child Development Center PSU’s full-day infant/toddler, preschool and kindergarten program and laboratory, which serves 200 children, aged four-months to six years.
Child Care Subsidy Program available through RCSC helps pay a percentage towards off-campus childcare.

Center for Student Health and Counseling Portland State’s health care organization provides high quality, accessible mental health, physical health, dental services, and testing services targeted to the needs of the PSU student population.
Community Counseling Clinic The counselors working in the clinic are practicum students supervised by interns and faculty and offer the community low-cost counseling services.
ASPSU Food Pantry- SMSU Room 325, or call (503) 725-3454. The pantry stocks donated canned goods and non-perishable items, including baby food. Some shelf space is dedicated to hygiene items such as pads, deodorant, toothpaste, and diapers. This service is free and confidential.
Ron Ronacher Students with Children Emergency Loan Program is a small ($50) loan available once per term to students with children who are confronted with unforeseen financial crises.

Viking Gameroom Billiards, bowling and gaming oriented for the traditional college student, but also for the student families who wants to relax and have fun together.
Rec Center Youth Program PSU’s campus rec center offers students the opportunity to participate with their children while using and participating in specific facilities and activities.
Youth Swim Lessons Youth swim lessons are offered fall, winter, and spring terms.
University Housing One and two bedroom apartments in the historic buildings: King Albert, Blackstone and Broadway are generally reserved for families on campus.
