Profile: Meet Jarrell

Jarrell is a sophomore at PSU majoring in Marketing and Black Studies. He picked PSU because he loves the campus and urban atmosphere. He wanted to become an orientation leader because he has learned a lot living on campus the past two years and wants to pass his knowledge on to others. African-American Literature has been his favorite class so far because the readings were so interesting. He has been involved in ASPSU as a Senator, Black Cultural Affairs Board as treasurer, Metro Recycling Campaign, and Alpha Phi Alpha. He would tell new students to be open to trying new things, be outgoing, and be yourself.
