Expectations for Print and Web Materials
Purpose: To brand ourselves as a division to students, faculty, staff, and the PSU Community
General rule: In all materials, replace “Student Affairs” or “Division of Student Affairs” with “Enrollment Management & Student Affairs”
General rule: “Enrollment Management & Student Affairs” is preferable to “Division of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs” due to the length of the title
Exception: If “Enrollment Management & Student Affairs” does not fit on your materials, you may abbreviate to “Enrollment Mgmt. & Student Affairs”
Email signature: Click here to see how to change your email signature in Google Mail in a standard format across the Division.
Websites: Please replace “Student Affairs” with Enrollment Management & Student Affairs.” If you see “Student Affairs” on a site and can’t change it, please notify JR at x5-4976 or email@example.com with the site URL.
Business cards: On the UCOMM website, we suggest ordering the 3rd business card option titled” PSU Business Card - alternate address option”; please place the name “Enrollment Mgmt. & Student Affairs” on the first line of the right hand side; in line with our sustainability values, please use your current stock of business cards before ordering new ones.
Letterhead: Again, in line with our sustainability values, please use your current stock of letterhead before ordering new. Standardized letterhead for each program and department within Enrollment Management & Student Affairs can be found here.
