Vision
Student Affairs is a community of engaged life-long learners committed to excellence in professional development for student success.
Goal
To create and promote on-going learning within the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
Objectives
- Create learning agenda for the division to include annual professional development opportunities (winter professional development meeting, Administrative Professionals Day, summer institute, etc).
- Formalize usage of internal expertise by collaborating across division/departments (peer consultation model). Function as editorial board for Student Affairs newsletter (work with Outreach Coordinator).
- Develop a plan to fund professional development within the Division.
