Published since 1946, Vanguard is Portland State's entirely student-run newspaper. Focusing on local campus news, it provides an opportunity to get the latest information about what's happening on campus. KPSU

Live on the airwaves everyday, KSPU has been bringing you the student voice of Portland State since 1994. Operated by student and community DJs KPSU's independent voice has become a mainstay in the greater Portland area! With recent plans to expand their broadcast signal, KPSU is only getting better. PSU.TV

Media created by students, for students, PSU-TV is your source for interesting creative content on and around the Portland State campus. It provides a great way to get involved doing what you love whether it be reporting, marketing, editing, camera work, and much more. PSU-TV has the hands on experience you need. Portland Spectrum

Portland Spectrum (previously Portland Spectator) provides an opportunity for students to explore, in-depth, topics of interest both on campus and off. A full color magazine, it boasts everything from biting editorials about the latest political issues as well as reviews of the best places to eat on campus. Portland Review

Publishing prose, poetry, and art since 1956, The Portland Review is an established literary journal based out of Portland State University. Students seeking publishing opportunities can submit their work online or gain editing experience via open positions. Pathos Literary Magazine

Student poets and writers of all sorts have filled the pages of Pathos Literary magazine since 2006. With an emphasis on student work, they seek to show only the best of what Portland State has to offer. Entirely dependent on student submissions, work can vary from term to term. Rearguard

The Portland State University Rearguard is a progressive, alternative publication supporting campus and community diversity. They exist to provide a voice for the unrecognized, oppressed, and marginalized at PSU and the greater world community.  Believing it is the people who will ultimately act to create a lasting structural change they offer a chance for students to voice concerns about issues that matter both on campus and off.
