The purpose of the survey research
study on Sustainable Evidence Based Practices (EBP) is to: (a) describe current
knowledge, attitudes and beliefs related to EBP among recent PSU graduates and
their CF supervisors, and (b) predict factors that contribute to sustainability
of the profession by creating evidence-based clinicians.Results of this survey will be useful to
identify recent growth and existing barriers, develop local and national
training efforts, and prioritize national efforts to reduce barriers.
The case-based text brings together
the unique experiences and perspectives of a number of experts and master
clinicians.It contains cases organized
by client age and disorder category.Each chapter includes a summary of conceptual knowledge areas important
to an understanding of the case; a detailed case description; treatment
options; and current references.An
instructor’s manual includes learning objectives, student worksheets and
answers, and suggested readings.
