Advising Schedule

The SPHR department offers information to prospective (not yet enrolled at PSU) and advising to currently enrolled PSU undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students.

**Changes In Advising**

Beginning January 2013, Susan will be offering limited individual sessions for advising, meeting one-on-one primarily for specific needs.

Susan will also be holding group advising for undergrad, postbac, 1st year graduate, and 2nd year graduate students each month. These sessions will be the time in which Susan can provide program information and answer questions.

Additionally, as most student advising issues can be handled via email this is your best option. Based on your email, Susan will determine if a face-to-face meeting is needed.

Individual meetings are better suited for specific issues such as personal issues that may compromise your program, and/or classroom challenges.

• Name
• Level of urgency (1= within the next couple of weeks, 2= next week is fine, 3= ASAP!)
• Brief statement of the issue
• Preferred day/time for appointment
• Alternative days/times

  • Applying to graduate school
  • ASHA certification
  • Q & A

All sessions will begin promptly at the time stated, please make every effort to be on time.
