Faculty:
David Allen, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of
Special Education. He received his doctorate from the University of Oregon's Early Intervention
program and currently teaches, advises, and supervises students pursuing
licensure in the area of Early Intervention Special Education (EI/SE) at Portland State University.
Leslie J. Munson, Ph.D., is an associate professor in special education and the
current chair of the Department of Special Education. Dr. Munson joined the PSU special education faculty in 1989. She coordinates the Early Intervention Special Education (EI/SE) Program and
teaches courses in EI/SE. She is also very involved with the Infant/Toddler
Mental Health Graduate Program.
