ALL APPLICANTS MUST:
  1. Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 2.75

     

  2. Provide a printout of your current Oregon teaching license from the TSPC website at http://www.tspc.state.or.us/lookup_query.asp.

     

  3. Apply to the University by submitting the University Application for Graduate Admission. (This is a pdf document), the $50 fee, and one official transcript from every college or university you have attended except PSU. Mail to: Admissions, Portland State University, P.O. Box 751, Portland, OR 97207-0751 or deliver to Neuberger Hall, Room 104.

     

  4. Apply to the Special Education Department by submitting the Special Education Department packet. Mail to: Special and Counselor Education-SPED, Graduate School of Education, Portland State University, P.O. Box 751, Portland, OR 97207-0751 or deliver to Graduate School of Education, Room 204.
