Modern Middle East History (Assistant Professor)
Wayne State University, the Department of History, invites applications for a tenure-track position in the history of the modern Middle East at the Assistant Professor level, to begin August 2011. Field of specialization is open. Teaching responsibilities include advanced and graduate courses in the history of the modern Middle East, and survey courses in Middle Eastern and World history. A strong commitment to research and publication and demonstrated teaching excellence are essential.
