Appointment Issues:

Walk in Hours:

Monday and Thursday: 10:00-11:00am

Tuesday and Wednesday: 2:00-3:00pm

Friday: none

 

WALK-INS are canceled on the following Thursdays: April 25, May 2 and May 23

 

How to make an appointment and what to know

Please bring any and all of the following documents with you to walk-ins to help expedite the process:

 

Landlord/Tenant:

  • Rental agreement (or lease and/or any other documents defining the term of your tenancy)
  • Any documents (letters, e-mails, pictures, etc.) related to your issue.

Debt/Credit:

  • Credit card/bank statements related to the debt
  • All correspondence from collection agencies or the banks/cc companies themselves
  • Any court documents if suit has been filedCredit report

Traffic:

  • The ticket
  • Any court documents (letters, etc.) related to the incident
  • Any docs from towing agencies and/or the towing commission (if towed)

Consumer:

  • Any documents (letters, e-mails, contracts, etc.) related to the transaction

**Space for walk-in hours is limited so we suggest that you come in 10-15 minutes before the start to ensure that you will be seen.There could be a 30 -45 minute wait to be seen for a walk-ins**
