The third stage of the Healthyroads Quit&Fit program is post-quit. Once you have achieved your goal and become tobacco-free, you are officially on your way to a better level of health and well-being. This final stage is a great opportunity to take charge of your health and chart a course to a healthy future. With some practice, you will be able to master the skills necessary to stay tobacco-free and create a new, healthier lifestyle.
