Learning Disorder and ADHD Assessment
The mission of the LD/ADHD Testing at SHAC is to reduce barriers to learning for at-risk PSU students. We offer high quality, low-cost assessments so that students may be eligible to access other campus resources, such as learning accommodations through the Disability Resource Center.
How do I get started?
- Accommodations Request: If you have been tested in the past and want accommodations the first step is to contact the Disability Resource Center by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or 503.725.4150.
- Testing Request: If you would like more information on the LD/ADHD testing process, please sign up for one of our informational meetings offered twice weekly at SHAC: Mondays from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. or Tuesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling 503.725.2800 or scheduling in person at the SHAC front desk.
