Charles Rynerson knows numbers and can help you understand what they mean for your community.
Charles Rynerson returned to the Population Research Center
(PRC) in January, 2006, where he previously worked between 1984 and 1995 before
working nearly 11 years in San Diego. He brings meaning to population and economic
data in order to address “real world” issues such as K-12 school enrollment
trends, labor force and housing growth, and business development. Mr. Rynerson earned a B.A. in Economics from University of Oregon
in 1984, and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from Portland State University
in 1990. In his career as a demographer,
he has worked on school enrollment forecasts, censuses and surveys, and
population and economic estimates and forecasts in urban and rural communities
throughout Oregon and in San Diego.
