News: Paula Carder co-authors book on assisted living

Paula Carder, Community Health and Institute on Aging faculty, co-authored a book on assisted living as a residential type of long-term care for frail older persons. The book, published by Johns Hopkins University Press, is based on a five-year ethnographic study funded by the National Institute on Aging.
