Undergraduate Major: Real Estate Finance

Graduates from the Real Estate Finance option will understand the impact of the real estate industry on the local economy, and the dynamics that exist between the various components that constitute the industry. A depth of knowledge will be developed in financial accounting, financial instruments, marketing analysis, appraisal, and investments.

Real Estate Finance Option Requirements

  • USP 360/FIN 360 - Real Estate Finance I (3)
  • USP 460 - Real Estate Finance II
  • Fin 439 - Real Estate Valuation I (3)
  • Fin 459 - Advanced Real Estate Valuation (3)
  • USP 423 - Real Estate Development (4)
  • USP 438 - Real Estate Law (3)
