Bob Hanks has over 25 years of experience in management, consulting,
education, training, and public service. Bob blends his education and
training background with his corporate experience. He has delivered
literally hundreds of management, leadership and supervision courses
over the years. He has a working knowledge of mid-management
challenges; his foundational corporate experience comes from 17 years at
Southland Corporation (7-Eleven Food Stores) in operations, training,
and information systems. He has taught at Portland State, Marylhurst
University, George Fox University, and University of Phoenix as well as
internationally. He brings real-life experiences to the classroom with
energy and passion.

His consulting company focuses on both strategic and operational issues.
He works with small and mid-sized companies to develop strategic plans.
He also helps guide these companies in operational areas including:
budget and expense controls, customer service programs, and human
resources planning. Bob is an active community member, involved in
local economic development and chamber of commerce organizations.
