Kevin is a licensed Oregon attorney currently working as a Labor and Employee Relations Manager for Metro. He has also worked for the State of Oregon as a State Labor Relations Manager, the Oregon School Boards Association as a Human Resource Development Specialist, the Oregon State Legislature as a Legislative Assistant and the Oregon Department of Justice as a Law Clerk for the Labor and Employment Law Section. Kevin earned a Juris Doctorate from the Willamette University College of Law and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. His third year law paper focused on employee privacy rights, and his final master's project focused on enacting legislative changes impacting the Car Title Loan and Payday loan enterprises. He holds a BA in Government from Eastern Washington University. Go Eags! In addition to being an adjunct professor for the Undergraduate School of Business for Portland State University, he is also an undergraduate and graduate adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix.
