Faculty Facts
As leaders in research, the SBA faculy boasts several editors of leading journals including Jesse Dillard as Editor of Accounting and the Public Interest, Donna Philbrick as Associate Editor of Accounting Horizons, David Raffo as Co-Editor of the International Journal of Software Process: Improvement and Practice, and Bruce Stern as Editor of Marketing Education Review.
SBA faculty are also active on editorial boards of leading journals such as Annals of Cases in Information Technology, Information, Technology, & People, Issues in Accounting Education, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Management, Journal of International Information Systems, Leadership Quarterly, Organizational Research Methods, Personnel Psychology, and Research on Professional Responsibility and Ethics in Accounting.
Last year, the SBA faculty collectively gave 63 national and International presentations, wrote 60 journal articles, and were involved with five books.
In addition, SBA faculty earned 18 grants from such sources as the National Science Foundation, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation, NASA, City of Portland/HUD.
