Scott earned a BS in Construction Management and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance. He worked nine years in commercial finance for M&T Bank (NYSE:MTB), specializing in construction and development lending. Scott currently owns and operates a small consulting business specializing in financial management for small- and medium-sized construction firms.
