Elizabeth McCune is an Industrial/organizational psychologist with experience in employee selection, test validation, advanced statistics, and survey research. Elizabeth is skilled in communicating technical results to non-technical audiences, and focused on providing HR Leaders with the data they need to make informed decisions. Her specialties include: survey research, statistics, personnel selection, and test validation. Since 2010, she has been working as a Research Manager at Microsoft where she conducts research to identify the drivers of attrition and employee engagement, as well as the factors that attract candidates to Microsoft in order to increase the company’s desirability as an employer. Elizabeth McCune holds B.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude) with a minor in Business Administration from Central Washington University, a M.S, as well as a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State.
