Ana Costa holds a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the California State University-Sacramento and is currently an I/O Ph.D. candidate at Portland State. Ana has close to ten years of professional experience in the Human Resources industry, working as a Personnel Analyst, as well as a Quality Management and Business Process Analyst. Prior to enrolling in the Ph.D. program, Ana worked as the Director of Program Development and Director of Standards & Assessment at FPMI.
