Faye received two bachelor's degrees in Food Science & Technology and Microbiology from Oregon State University then went on to receive her M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to launching Pontes Consulting LLC, Faye was a general manager for Nike, Inc. and held diverse positions for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. With over two decades of private sector experience specializing in Latin America and Asia Pacific, she has developed expertise in business development, management, and enterprise restructuring.
