Before joining the Generator Group, Enrique spent 14 years working in human resources and recruiting for companies such as Mentor Graphics, Nike, Pixelworks, FLIR Systems and New Edge Networks. At Mentor Graphics, Enrique was responsible for recruiting employees in the technical, operational, administrative and legal areas of the organization. At Nike, Enrique hired footwear developers, footwear designers, product engineers and other specialists to staff Nike’s footwear division.
