How to Run a DARS Report
- Go to the PSU Information System Web Page (banweb.pdx.edu)
- Enter your PSU ID and PIN
- Click on “LOGIN”
- Click on “Student Services & Financial Aid”
- Click on “DARS” – Degree Audit Reporting System
- Click on “Submit an Audit”.
- Select your College or School from the pull down menu.
- Select your Degree from the pull down menu.
- Select your major from the pull down menu.
- Select your appropriate catalog year from the pull down menu.
- Click on the “Run Analysis” button.
- Click on the “view submitted audits” button
- Click on the “Refresh the List” button every couple of minutes until your audit returns.
- Click on the audit under the “view link”. This will bring back the audit you requested.
Printing
To print your application audit select “view printer friendly version” and select the print icon on your browser tool bar.
Transfer Evalutations : If you want to see a copy of your transfer evaluation, select the college “Not Declared/Not Applicable” and then the degree “Bachelors” and the major “UNDECLARED/UNKNOWN”. Select the appropriate catalog year.
Minors/2nd Majors: If you wish to run an audit for a minor or 2nd major, select the appropriate college, select the degree = “Non Degree” and the appropriate minor or 2nd major. Select the appropriate catalog year.
If you see a message that says “ERROR—AUDIT REPORT NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THIS PROGRAM”, this just means that this particular major has not been released to the web at this time.
If you see a message on the audit about the University Studies Placement not being set, please send an email to ASKDARS@PDX.EDU. Include your name and student ID number and a message indicating that your UNST placement needs to be set.
