The Staff

Resident Assistants (RA)

Undergraduate student staff living in campus housing who make living on campus a more fulfilling experience. RA's are responsible for general administration, development, and implementation of programs in the residence halls. RA's can help you find a class, submit a work order, or find the academic or emotional support you need. 

Learning Community Assistants (LCA) 

Undergraduate student staff living in the First Year Experience program who attend the FRINQ classes to provide additional assistance in the residence halls. The LCA extend the classroom experience in the living environment. 

Hall Director (HD)

In addition to the responsibilities of an RA, the Hall Director also oversees a team of RA's in a community. Among some of their responsibilities HD's handle RA paperwork, training, and staff development.
