Berrin Erdogan, Business Administration faculty, participated on many levels at the annual meeting of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Houston, April 11-13. She was a presenter for “Examining Overqualification and Positive Outcomes: When Are They Possible?”; presented and chaired “Research Incubator on Happiness and Subjective Well-Being”; hosted “Distinguished Teaching Contributions Award: Teaching Like it Matters: Applying Newcomer Socialization and Justice Research”; and was a panelist for “Making an Impact With Research: Best Practices in Academic–Practitioner Collaborations.”
